Today, the 4th of October 2023, ISANCO in Mpumalanga province successfully held a bilateral meeting with one of the security companies called HM in the City of Mbombela Municipality.

The meeting was was convened to address issues of unfair labor practices by the employer towards the security officers. The meeting has been of great success as the employer gave maximum cooperation and committed to address all the issues raised by 5he Provincial leadership of ISANCO with the urgency it deserves.

Management further indicated their sincere gratitude with the high level of discipline and professionalism regarding negotiating in good faith by our organization. Hence looking forward to sustain a healthy working relationship with ISANCO.

ISANCO further received a broad commitment from the management, that of voting for ISANCO in the upcoming general elections in 2024.

Long live ISANCO. Forward to state power.

Matjhabeng Local Municipality Welkom in the Free State is covered by a dark cloud of maladministration, political interference and nepotism leading to lack of services to the residents of Matjhabeng. 

The greatest concern to both Independent-SANCO and Matjhabeng residents is the reluctance of the Provincial Government led by Mr Mxolisi Dukwana in intervening as directed by the National Government towards providing governance leadership to the Municipality. Mr Dukwana also serves as ANC Provincial Chairperson, both Dukwana and Mr Thanduxolo Khalipa who is the Executive Mayor to the struggling Matjhabeng are viewed as the close allies to President Cyril Ramaphosa who serves as both ANC President and State President currently, hence there is a resistance in taking action against the big headed Matjhabeng Municipality Mayor.

The INDEPENDENT SANCO (ISANCO) POLITICAL PARTY- RSA is to write to both the Free State Premier Mr Dukwana and the Minister of COGTA seeking reports on measures taken to this stage, implimented in saving the Municipality if there is any.

The communities of Matjhabeng are left wanting as their instrumental tool to provide services is diminishing day by day. The residents of Matjhabeng are ignored by the authorities as far as Government is concerned at the expense of saving close allies and comrades while service delivery is something or the past at Matjhabeng Municipality.
